You may return a product for refund or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. When approved, refunds will be issued through whichever payment gateway the customer chose when placing the order.
If you received the wrong product or it arrived defective or damaged:
We apologize for the inconvenience, and would be happy to send you a replacement or issue you a refund. However, you must provide photo proof of a defective or wrong product. Once your photo is received, it will be approved by Nerd by Design staff and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once this is done, and the product is received in its original packaging, including any accessories, you will receive your refund or replacement.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or changed your mind about an order:
We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping price) as long as the product is returned in its original packaging, along with included accessories.
How to Make a Return:
Please fill out the form below to begin the return process. Be as accurate as possible when describing your reason for a return or exchange. In order to return an item, you must provide Nerd by Design with your order number. Your number is supplied to you once your order has been placed and payment received. Nerd by Design will respond to your e-mail within three business days, and be available to help you via e-mail through the whole return process, including approving returns and photo proof of defects.
